Summary/Abstract: The article describes the divergent religious and secular speech-behavioral tactics of denunciation of a delict (pride, idolatry, false interpretation of human rights) in the teachings of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill. It is proved that the discrepancy in the tactics in secular and religious cultures is determined by the “religious and moral indifferentism” supported by the influence of the Western ultra-liberal standard.
