Summary/Abstract: This article examines the main changes in the legal regulation of educational relations, stipulated by the Federal law No. 273-FZ “On Education in the Russian Federation” of December 29, 2012. The article discusses the trends in the legal regulation of relations in the sphere of education and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this Federal Law.
