Summary/Abstract: Consider strategies and family interaction technology and state in postinformational society. We study the four strategic directions of state family policy and is determined by the effectiveness of their implementation. Along with the traditional actors of family policy highlights network institutionalized and non-institutionalized organization, investigated in detail their role in family policy in Europe.
