Summary/Abstract: The time of formation and establishment of the national movement in Ireland is considered in this article. Some important aspects of this social phenomenon such as methods, techniques and tools of social impact are mentioned. The age of the nationalism is regarded not only as an important historical stage, but also as a specific period of cultural values formation.
