Summary/Abstract: The article notes the need of methodology modernization of historical research and education systems on the basis of synergetic interaction of material and spiritual factors. It is specified that achievement of efficiency of modernization is possible only on condition of preservation of traditional cultural wealth of interaction of power subjects and the manipulated ones. The author proves the point of view that improvement of the system of historical education on the basis of cultural wealth provides durability of knowledge, readiness for its assimilation as a way of self-determination of the personality in the past, in the present and in the future
