Summary/Abstract: The article presents original, innovative methods of management. The effect on the income statement depends on the level of algorithms. Detailed calculations are carried out for levels, which is reflected in STP steps. This is a highly innovative approach to this issue. Analysis of organizational methods helps enterprises of every form of ownership to identity the shortcomings in their work, objective results of growth and production efficiency, and improves the process of decision-making, thus leading to more effective use of assets. This allows the organization to survive in the competitive environment and to gain and maintain a share in the market.
