Summary/Abstract: The article deals with aesthetics of language units and explores aesthetic resources of morphological means used to create artistic imagery in a literary text. Considerable attention is paid to the characteristics of the morphological units associated with the implementation of the aesthetic potential of grammatical gender of nouns. The results of the research disprove the traditional assessment of morphological tools as purely structural elements that give a language only a minimum of initial ordering.
