HEIR AS A SUBJECT OF INHERITANCE RELATIONS: RIGHTS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problem of inheritance of land plots and property rights to them from the point of view of the members of hereditary relationships. We disclose intersectoral links between civil and land law at the level of legal rules based on the example of the institute of inheritance. We also reveal legislative restrictions set for certain categories of subjects who cannot own land plots by the right of ownership and inherit them either on the basis of law or will.
