Summary/Abstract: The article deals with certain aspects of the Russian legal consciousness and specifies historical background of its diffusion and dispersion content. The work analyzes the law genesis processes in the evolution of Russian statehood, which influence the formation of national marginalized legal consciousness. The study of this problem area should be taken into account when making legal policy.
