Summary/Abstract: The article studies the limitation of law enforcement by an employer by analyzing the limits of its implementation. The essence of the limits is disclosed from the point of view of the legal content of law enforcement, so that objective limits (subject’s and object’s limits and the limits of legal form) and subjective limits (that determine the need to implement law enforcement in good faith) are distinguished. Special attention is paid to the problem of abuse of rights by an employer.
