Summary/Abstract: Іn the article considered value systems of ecological payments, their functions and classification. Certain compositionof the domestic system of ecological payments and analysed the basic changes, which took place in the process ofreformation of the tax system of Ukraine and acceptance of the Internal revenue code. Offered the system of indexes ofquantitative estimation and conducted analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of the system of ecological taxation.
