II. The competence of the Directorate Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism during the stage of the trial

Summary/Abstract: The author considers that only the prosecutor who took part at the trial may exercise the appeal or recourse and not a prosecutor from another higher prosecutor’s office from hierarchic point of view.
