Summary/Abstract: The essence of the human capital and its basic elements are analyzed in the article. The components of investments into the social capital are analyzed. The theoretical aspects are considered on the basis of the analysis of the actual status of development of the human capital in the economics of Belarus. The nature of influence of the human capital upon economical grows and the activity of the state on the stimulation and slowdown of the development of the capital are determined.
