From Crisis To Crisis?

Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes the effects of financial crisis, and points to the asymmetric of effects, which manifest themselves in at least three levels, i.e. between developed countries and countries with emerging markets, between industrial and financial sectors in the least developed countries. Attention is focused on the measures taken in the financial sector, whose crisis was the trigger of a global crisis and recession and whose new architecture should be the main backbone of the future system.
