The recording of the telephone and audio-video conversations in the ambient environment

Summary/Abstract: The practice showed that, without a solid probation, without administering undoubtable means of proofs capable to give a general criminal picture of the fact committed by the suspects, one cannot determine the court to recognize, in all phases of the trial, the judicial truth emerging from the fact, such as it was established by the prosecutor during the criminal prosecution activities.
