Summary/Abstract: Inclusion of the right to defence in the basic rules of the penal trial imposed, in the view of the law maker, the introduction of a wide range of legal means for obtaining the evidences that help the defence. Therefore, the Penal Procedure Code offers to the parties various possibilities for demonstrating the justness of their opinions or applications submitted to the jurisdictional authorities or for combating the charges or claims brought against them.
