Analytical centers and experts as an intellectualresource in the history of political networks in the beginning of the XXI century

Summary/Abstract: The article makes an attempt to view analytical centres and experts as intellectual resource in relation to history of political networks. The use of an intellectual resource in the political networks which was developed in the power policy of Russia in the field of gas export is analysed as an example. The author comes to the conclusion that political networks do not use intellectual resource of analytical centres and experts in their activity that has a negative effect on results of network interaction.
