The prosecutor’s participation at the civil trial

Summary/Abstract: The practical ways of the prosecutor’s participation within the civil trial are specified by art. 63 of Law no. 304/2004: - exercising the civil action, in cases provided by law; - participation according to the law, in court sessions; - exercising the ways of appeal against the court orders, as provided by law;- defending the rights and legitimate interests of minors, of the persons placed under interdiction, or the missing persons and others, according to the law.
