Operative surveillance - a mean of investigation of drugs traffic

Summary/Abstract: Operative surveillance (shadowing) is not defined in the Penal Proceeding Code or in the crime science, as it is a procedure specific to the activity of specialized bodies in each national security system. When used under the conditions of art. 8 of the Human Rights European Convention, this kind of investigation of certain crimes can be defined as a technique through which data, information or evidences concerning the preparation or perpetration of a crime can be obtained.
