Basic elements of concepts and models of public-private partnership in investment and construction projects: changing the paradigm of management and innovative solutions for business

Summary/Abstract: The subjects of research are the basic elements of the concept and models of public-private partnership in the implementation ofinvestment and construction projects.The aim of the article is the consideration of possible communications between partners from the public and private sectors, thatwill ensure the effective implementation of PPP projects.Results work: implemented the generalized classification of economic phenomena "public-private partnership", held theIntercontinental analysis of the use of public-private partnership in the world, analyzed the sectoral structure of PPP projects inEurope. Given the international and scientific classification and according to the legislation of Ukraine models of public-privatepartnerships and the types of PPP contracts classified by criterial features. Defined the legal status of the private partner in theframework of state regulation of PPP in Ukraine. The main sectors of control by the state over the activities of private firms(construction companies) in PPP projects. As a consequence, an important aspect of an ideal public-private partnership must begood communication between partners from the public and private sectors.Field of application of results: the results of the study can be applied to practical economic and managerial activities of the enterprises.Conclusions: implementation of PPP projects should be based on the ideology of information support of the project life cycle at allstages, based on the use of a single information space (integrated information environment)that will provide the monotonous ways ofinteraction between all participants of the project. The system of electronic data exchange and data sharing by all partners will ensurethe effective implementation of PPP projects.
