The previous complaint in the case of the abuse at work

Summary/Abstract: As transitory situation, we consider that when the public prosecutor ascertains that the penal prosecution has been done by other authority than the one stipulated in the mentioned texts, takes measures that the prosecution to be done by the competent authority, case in which remain valid all the ensuring measures already taken, the acts or the procedural measures confirmed or agreed by the public prosecutor, as well as the procedural acts that can not be re-established (art.268, C.p.p.)
