Summary/Abstract: Institutions and organizations recognize that knowledge and intellectual capital are fundamental factors that ensure the success and prosperity, guaranteeing maintainance and improvement of company’s position in a competitive environment. Obviously signals from the outside, market needs should be noticed, to implement strategies, transform and put into practice the potential of the employees of every properly functioning organization.
