Summary/Abstract: The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the genesis of Ukrainian construction enterprises’ marketing activity;The purpose of the study is to determine the genesis of Ukrainian construction enterprises’ marketing activity, use of achievements which will contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of construction business entities; Methods: monographic, historical, generalization, classification;This article explores the genesis of Ukrainian construction enterprises’ marketing activity; stated prerequisites origin of marketing activities in Ukraine; the basic stages of formation and establishment of domestic construction companies marketing activity are explored; The model of the genesis stages of marketing of construction enterprises in Ukraine;Field of results use - building enterprises’ marketing activities;Use of the achievements of formation and development of construction companies’ marketing activities will contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of building businesses in Ukraine.
