Summary/Abstract: Islam and Islamism presently become identical concepts in European consciousness. Islamism looks as the radically directed regeneration of religion is aimed at realization of aggression to the Christian world. Is this question especially religious? Religion is form of public consciousness, as it known. It arises up on the basis of objective economic process. It is knowingly talked: oil is a black gold. This approval is actual at the second half of 20th century. In a great deal in this period Mohammedan countries became the hostages of the own power resources. Too much interested persons applied on them. Appearance of radical Islam is a reaction on westernization of the Mohammedan world. It was related exactly to the economic processes in the world market of energy and fuel. So, it is necessary to carry out the attempt of analysis of objective reasons.
