Summary/Abstract: The scientific progress in genetics has legal implications in determining parentage of the child born as a result of reliance on medical techniques of procreation parents. The concerns for this area should develop an appropriate legal basis, whereas most of the time, science can reach results inconsistent with the legislative framework.
