Summary/Abstract: The official visit in Romania of Hans-Dietrich Genscher, Federal Foreign Minister, was a good opportunity for the Romanian authorities to continue the policy of independence from Moscow. Bilateral relations, the issue of ethnic German immigration, aspects of international life were discussed by Nicolae Ceauşescu and Hans-Dietrich Genscher.
