Public financial services between liberalization and defence of the public.

Summary/Abstract: The local public service that the Italian state offers to citizens in these years is going through a period of massive change. In particular, they are doing many reforms of the law with the aim of freeing up all services that the user uses a daily basis, for example, transport, waste, water. The problem was born because someone says that if the public service remains in public administration management, it is very possible that the policy, but only corrupt politics, could only narrow interests and not the community.
