Summary/Abstract: The presentation of regulations of the offence of deceit in the Belgian Criminal Code and in the Criminal Code of Luxembourg can contribute to development and improvement of our own provisions regarding the offence of deceit by combining elements of tradition in the Romanian Criminal Law with some solutions adopted by other systems.
