Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the use of an innovative approach to continuous improvement through the elimination of waste automotive companies as an example, to show the practical innovations such as: Quick Kaizen, Kaizen Major Standard and Advanced Kaizen. Nowadays economy is changing faster than ever that is why it is important to seek to improve the quality of products, innovation management and taking care of customer service. Enterprises are socially useful, if you are able to satisfy customers, and this is the basic criterion for justifying the creation and existence of firms Companies need to keep up with the market trying to survive and ensure the profitability. Innovative approach that allows you to achieve efficiency without increasing the investment is Kaizen. These innovative solution strategy is the constant improvement each day by each employee, anywhere, through which it is possible to achieve significant improvement as a basis for the preparation of the truly great achievements.
