Philosophical aspects of personal safety.

Summary/Abstract: This paper contains only the basic points of view concerning personal safety. Author clearly presents the main values of contemporary world, that means freedom, love, peace, safety. Additionally the moral aspect of personality development was described. The overall dilemma in the moral sphere: “to be” or “to have” still exists. In this point, author emphasizes a problem of negative emotions of individual, deriving from participation in social life which can manifest themselves in the form of an anxiety or fear.
