Corruption in Poland - real scale of the phenomenon.

Summary/Abstract: The scale of the phenomenon of corruption crime in Poland in 2004-2011 years drawn up was real based on statistical data concerning registered preparatory proceedings in cases of corruption crimes, communicated by services authorised to reveal and to fight crime, in it of corruption, to the National information centre Criminal. In contents of the article statistical data were put about the number of crimes with the division into individual legal classifications in individual years of the analysed period. Findings of the public opinion and statistical data were also put in contents about the height of penalties for committed corruption crimes. A corruption is a subject of my presentation in Poland. I want to show elements which let on of committing offences. In the end I would like to show scale of the corruption, data of the Central management Board of the Prison Service, research on questionnaire forms, data of the National information centre Criminal, data of the Central Anticorruption Office, data of the Police. Statistical data are covering years from 2004 to 2011.
