Summary/Abstract: The realization of the contemporary crime detection process is based on the various forms, methods and means of criminal-intelligence activities. In theory as well as in practice there are many misunderstandings within the scope of the differentiation between individual of criminal intelligence institutions. Particularly, controversy concerning criminal intelligence methods taken to eliminate the occurrence of corruption. There is the need for formulation of correct definition of the institutions such as operational control as well as secret purchase.
