Summary/Abstract: Authors of the article pay attention to legal regulation regarding criminal offence of electoral corruption (Section 336 a, Criminal Code), which was introduced into Slovak Criminal Code since 1st September, 2011. The article includes analysis of body of the criminal act and it also points out possible application problems. Also, the authors presented their views concerning solution of the application problems.
