Summary/Abstract: The dynamics of social life, its exponential nature and information openness through new technologies cause the need for change. A key element of the dynamics of development of the person and social change is trust. It has a significant meaning for the interactions of community processes, including the ability to cooperate, to have mutual understanding and common view of the future. Therefore, the article discusses the problem of trust in people and conditions of learning in the digital environment at the example of Nesna University College in Norway. The subject of analysis was trust in e-learning method in academic education. The article outlines directions for building a culture of trust of teachers and students on the online e-learning platform.
