Summary/Abstract: The problem of corruption and anti-corruption is present in the Russian political party appeals. All parties recognize corruption as a threat to national security. They have different approaches to combat this phenomenon. United Russia as the party of the ruling recognizes that action against corruption are appropriate. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Fair Russia and the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia recognize that the government is too small. All parties want to increase the penalties for the crime of corruption. The opposition wants to increase the role of public control over the administration. It also proposes the creation of new institutions to fight corruption and greater powers for security services. Fight against corruption connected with the fight against terrorism and extremism. The parties argue that corruption is largely concerned with corrupt officials representatives of foreign companies. It should also be noted that opposition parties are demanding the ratification by the Russian Federation 20th Article UN International Convention for the Suppression of Corruption. However, refuses to ratify the ruling camp as well as by the opposition is to provide the real intentions of United Russia.
