Summary/Abstract: In the Collection of P. I. Shchukin in the State Historical Museum there are two volumes composed of fragments from different MSS (call numbers Щук. 369 and Щук. 370). Only a part of them has been identified. The fragment from the Homily on All Saints by Patriarch Philotheos is in Щук. 370 under № IV (Щук. 370 / IV).Archaeographic studies have shown that it is a part of a Moldavian codex – an autograph of Gavriil Urik dated to the first half of the 15th с (between 1424 and 1435). The codex is now kept in the Library of the Romanian Academy in Bucharest under № 149 (БРА149). The identification allows for an integral analysis of the Moldavian codex. It contains a flower triodion panegyric structured after the Jerusalem Typicon and composed in the 14th с and is linked with the literary activities of the Bulgarian Hesychasts. The investigation has shown that the Homily by Patriarch Philotheos is an integral part of that type of manuscript. The reference book of the triodion panegyrics (Bibliotheca Homiletica Balcano-Slavica) now under preparation has so far described 13 MSS that contain the Homily by Patriarch Philotheos. From the point of view of textological studies manuscripts including that homily belong, to the "closed tradition" and show only insignificant variation. The place of this text in the cycle of the Sunday of All Saints (the entire cycle consists of five homilies) of the manuscripts containing the Homily discovered so far depends on the group to which a given copy of the flower triodion panegyric belongs.
