Summary/Abstract: Polish vocational education to special assigns a very important role in the education and upbringing of young people with disabilities. Vocational training is an integral part of the national education system, thereby implementing educational objectives adopted for this system. The purpose of training and education in schools for young people with disabilities is to strive to achieve the best results revalidation / rehabilitation of youths. It constitutes for most of them the final step in the rehabilitation process of the school / revalidation. By training young people are not fully operational physically or intellectually prepared to act independently in social and professional life. Vocational schools by the multifaceted interaction enhances and corrects their pupils. In principle, the effects of rehabilitation will be the fuller the more the process of education and training in vocational schools will run in conjunction with all aspects of the life of society as a whole and the local community as a direct living environment. Functioning of social and professional, and a variety of different social roles associated with the daily operation requires adequate education of young people with disabilities supported by customized content, forms and methods of work.
