The experience of the International University “MITSO” in the field of further education for adults.

Summary/Abstract: The author examines the experience of the International University “MITSO” on raising the level of professional knowledge, abilities and skills of trade Union staff , asset and representatives of other parties to the social partnership, their preparation to perform new work functions with the use of various shapes, types and periods of study in the areas of legal and social protection, economy and management, labor and employment,the trade Union of construction, tourism and recreation activities, social partnership, as well as in other spheres, which are important for the work of trade unions bodies state management, local Executive and administrative bodies, and employers.
