Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the question of the so-called juridisation of human rights. The author describes and analyses the main related topics to this general theme, in concrete the right of judicial protection, binding effect of court decisions, enforceability of court decisions. He uses the ECtHR case law related particularly related to the Russia and Slovakia to prove the Court’s approach to the main topic of the research.
