Summary/Abstract: The aim of contribution is analysis of some kinds of criminality and its causes with accent on juvenile perpetrators. We pay attention to family environment, media and school, as some possible areas which can create criminal conduct of juvenile and we also include the possibilities of legal prevention of this behavior. The contribution is supplemented by partial results of research which had been realized to find out the most typical kinds of criminal and antisocial behavior of juvenile and their motivation to this conduct.The aim of contribution is analysis of some kinds of criminality and its causes with accent on juvenile perpetrators.
