LEGAL AND SOCIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF INTEGRATION FOR CHILDREN IN CONFLICT WITH THE LAW

Summary/Abstract: The article indicates connection between criminological factors and risk for social exclusion of children with deviant behavior. The author еmphasizes a necessity of using multidisciplinary and multi-institutional approach for social reintegration of children in conflict with the law and elaboration of measures for prevention and intervention. Mechanisms for influence are pointed out, which are based on complex general assessment of risk, defence of interests and children’s rights. The significance of effective working institutional net of experts for elaborating methodology and operative policy and measures for children social reintegration is underlined.
