Summary/Abstract: The aim of this work is to highlight the importance of a positive sense of life in adolescence. Our work is a theoretical-research type. In the theoretical part we discuss sense of life. We have described life sensuality as the key factor in an individual's life; we give the biggest attention to the correlation between the sense of life and mental health of a person. In research part of this work we have tried to find an answer to whether the sense of life depends on gender and age, or whether there are inter-state differences.
