Summary/Abstract: The aim of the entry is to describe the model of teachers’ cooperation at creating a school educational program in a primary school. It is created through a qualitative research using the inductive method and in-depth semi-structured interviews. The participants are teachers from two primary schools in medium sized towns in western Slovakia. The primary school teachers are those who are most experienced in direct school educational program creating and exactly the physical availability and the social integrated similarity to them was alongside the logical reason also the pragmatic reason to choose them. The main characteristics of the teachers’ cooperation at creating a school educational program in a primary school are the duration of the mutual work of the teachers, the way how this work is being done and what is its object. In the submitting paper the qualitative method is described, the means of collecting the data, their analysis with quotes of the semi-structured interviews.
