Summary/Abstract: The author presents the basic common features of valid archival professional standards ISAD (g) 2 (CPF) 2, ISDIAH and ISDF which are basis for the creation of standardized descriptions of archival material and the other related content and context. Standardized descriptions are realized in the archival information system as data elements lucrative forms. All data elements have a direct connection to the database tables and they are in between appointments with standardized data elements for exchange data. Most of them are developed on XML schema. For existing archival information systems important standards for data export and exchange are: EAD 2002 Dublin Core and MODS. At the end of paper there are a number of relations between the archival professional standards and standards for their exchange.
