EXTENSION OF BUSINESS GAME BY MODEL OF BANK LOAN MANAGEMENT

Summary/Abstract: Business game “Hard nut” („Kietas riešutas“) is used in various formal and informal studies for more than 10 years. The goal of the basic part of the game “Hard Nut” is to make the rational decisions on sales and production, taking situation in the market and fi - nancial state of the enterprise into account. The longitudal survey has shown that most of students prefer the game to be more complex and realistic. The paper describes the bank loan management model which is involved in the structure of business game “Hard Nut”. Extended business game helps student to understand relations among economical factors more deeply. Depending on the preparation of the students various modifi cations of the business game “Hard Nut” can be used – from the basic model, to full set of integrated models.
