Summary/Abstract: Condition and term – the forms of the civil legal action in the regulation of the new Civil Code In this study, the author describes certain relevant issues regarding the forms of the civil legal action. Thus, the first part of the study provides us certain clarifications related to the classification of the obligations depending on their source, the condition and conditional obligation, the term and obligation affected by the term. The structure and content of the study reveal the following issues: the detailed description of the forms of obligations, the definition of each obligation, its classification and legal content according to the regulations of the new Civil Code. Finally, the author provides us certain considerations resulting from the description of the condition and term as forms of the civil legal action.
