Summary/Abstract: As a result of the activity carried out by the Constitutional Court, several decisions were published (pleas of unconstitutionality granted) in relation to art. 493 (“Procedure of filtering the appeals”) par. (5), art. 509 (“Subject-matter and grounds for review”) par. (1) item 11 and art. 666 (“Approval of enforcement”) of the Code of civil procedure, but also as regards any provisions of the Law on land resources no. 18/1991, Law no. 10/2001 on the legal regime of real estate abusively taken over between 6 March1945 - 22 December 1989, as well as regarding other legal acts
