Judicial actuality

Summary/Abstract: In January 2016, the Methodological Rules on the application of the new Tax Code were published in the Official Journal. During January as well, several regulations were amended, such as Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary system of public pensions, the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 44/2015 on granting tax incentives, Law no. 62/2011 on social dialogue, Law no. 1/2011 on national education, Law no. 290/2004 on criminal record. Likewise, during January, the Status of the National Union of Bailiffs (UNEJ) and of the profession of bailiff were amended, together with the Regulation on the organization and conduct of competitions for the positions of the judges and prosecutors.
