Summary/Abstract: In the article the modern trends of scientific concept of enterprise strategizing are considered. There are formulated the concept of “strategizing” on the basis of process, system, functional approaches. For innovative strategizing, economic security strategizing there are economic optimization criteria’s, such as, mobility diversification, minimizing the cost of enterprise security maintaining in achieving development goals. There are analyzed modern technological priorities for enterprises strategizing. The author are developed strategizing technology, which consists of content (technologies of development and implementation of enterprise development strategies) and organizational (organization of technology strategic works) components. The author offers tools for strategizing technology.
