Summary/Abstract: This article aims to explore the practice of the European Court of Justice on the interpretation of Directive 2005/29/EC concerning unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices in the internal market. In the eight years of application of the Directive CJEU 18 preliminary rulings from ten Member States have been initiated and completed. The article analyzes the types of questions made by different Member States.
